We do not offer refunds on onsite services, remote services, or products ordered on this website.
If a service provided onsite does not resolve the issue stated to have been resolved by the technician, we will provide remote or onsite service at no additional charge. If it is a new issue that was not known at the time of service, but may have been related to or caused by the service provided, we will provide onsite service on a continuation basis, as if we had never left, and will invoice accordingly.
If a product ordered on this website is delivered in a condition other than that stated in the item description, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. If we are unable to do that, a refund will be issued.
